George acquired a Bachelor of Science in Sport Science from Greenwich University, London, and is a registered massage therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Sports and well-being have always been a huge part of George’s personal and professional life, juggling a variety of sports - soccer, squash and running to name a few - from an early age and at a competitive level. It was only natural that his curiosity about the functionality of the human body, and its healing processes, led him to seek education and training in his respective fields.

In addition to his degree in kinesiology, George obtained certificates in personal training and coaching for youth soccer, and became a trusted and dedicated member of his community sport teams. When he moved to Toronto, he decided to continue his academic journey and graduated with a massage therapy diploma from Medix College, Toronto. In his training he learned a variety of techniques such as hydrotherapy, myofascial massage, deep tissue, joint mobilization, stretching and strengthening, among others.

Hundreds of hours of clinic practice paired with George’s kinesiology and training background allows him to incorporate a variety of approaches for individually tailored, goal-based treatment plans for our clients.

Liz obtained her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to this, she completed a Specialized Honours degree in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. Liz’s interest in health and wellness began at a young age through a passion for sport, nutrition, and finding balance between work and play.

Liz worked as a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor throughout her years of study, which gave her the opportunity to begin working with a variety of clients towards a healthy way of living. In her practice as an ND, Liz has worked with a wide range of patients of all ages, from those who desire to move more, to weekend warriors and athletes competing at the Pan-Am Games.

In addition to her traditional naturopathic modalities, which include nutrition, Chinese medicine and musculoskeletal acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutraceuticals (supplements), and mental-emotional well-being, Liz has additional certifications in Intravenous (IV) Therapy and Cosmetic Acupuncture.

IV Therapy involves the infusion of high-dose vitamins and essential nutrients directly into the blood stream, bypassing the gut. This encourages better uptake by the cells compared to traditional methods of administration such as oral capsules. IV Therapy can be used to address chronic fatigue, chronic pain and fibromyalgia, exercise performance and recovery in athletes, headaches, depression, acute viral illnesses, and more. Cosmetic Acupuncture leaves the face looking rejuvenated and fresh, and reduces signs of aging. It is based on Chinese Medicine principles that remove blockages and create balance among the body’s meridians.
